An lovely stay despite challenges

The Bahia Princess Hotel delivered an really good experience with its attentive staff and a fine pool area. I especially appreciated the daily complimentary bottled water and the spacious junior suite.

Unfortunately, I did experience some inconsistent housekeeping service throughout my stay, which affected the overall impression of the hotel's cleanliness.

It was in the central location, which met requirements. Breakfast was served in the restaurant.

I liked the cleanliness especially in the swimming pools, their animation and location.

I find the buffet super scarce especially at dinners

The cleanliness was great, and I loved that the pools were immaculate. I also enjoyed the evening entertainment that kept the vibe alive.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, excellent staff, attentive, caring as at home. Excellent place for milking rest with the child, in the evenings various activities. The ocean with a beautiful beach is 5 minutes away! Everything was very good.

Maybe not minus, but a little kid's sleep was hindered by music.

Special thanks to Mario, who changed our room to a room with a terrace and ocean view without any problems!

I didn't like the fact that wifi is paid and only one device could be connected at a time.

Bilingual staff made communication seamless and easy.

The hotel is very well equipped: with 4 bars, 3 swimming pools, a restaurant, a snack bar. The temperature of the (heated) swimming pool is excellent and the quality of the water is very soft, few people swim there. Many animations are proposed with 2 shows every evening. The presence of another hotel of the same chain next door allows access to other activities such as squash and the gym.

The activities end late, it is difficult to fall asleep early. Many services are not free (safe, fridge rental, delayed departure, fruit juice pressed for breakfast... etc.) a little incomprehensible for this category of hotel. Be careful at the restaurant if you are not on half board, it is a buffet and the prices are very high.

The service is very good with private parking available and fabulous meals.

The room was lovely and spacious with a fine view of the sea and mountains.

The air conditioning in the main restaurant was inadequate, making it uncomfortably warm while dining.

For a unique experience, try the themed nights for varied cuisine options-it adds a fun twist to your dining.

The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring fresh pastries and made-to-order omelettes. I appreciated the helpful receptionist who arranged nearby parking options with ease.

Clean hotel, attentive staff, the helpful bar area made my stay enjoyable as I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee replenishments daily alongside the spacious junior suite with its lovely terrace, and having a convenient location to explore the nearby sights was a major plus.

Totally content.

Room needed updates, especially the furnishings. Heated pool was fantastic for relaxation. The evening entertainment kept things lively with great shows.
